                             RESOLUTION NO.   20066 
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                   CONTRACT WITH PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, INC.
                   RELATIVE TO TELEVISING AND CLEANING MAIN
                   SEWER LINES IN EAST CHATTANOOGA AND IN THE
                   CHATTANOOGA CREEK DRAINAGE BASIN ON A UNIT
                   PRICE BASIS NOT TO EXCEED A TOTAL OF ONE
                   HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($150,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Contract with Professional Services, Inc. relative 

       to televising and cleaning main sewer lines in East Chattanooga
       and in the Chattanooga Creek drainage basin on a unit price basis 

       not to exceed a total of $150,000.00.
